  • Compact and Solid Design: The RCPT model integrates multiple components into a single compact and robust unit, simplifying installation and operation.
  • Available Configurations: Available in both Single and Double configurations, the RCPT can accommodate various well control needs.
  • Rams with Metallic and Elastomeric Materials: The rams are designed to fit specific rod diameters (1 1/4” and 1 1/2”) or provide a full blind seal when no rod is present. This combination of materials ensures optimal sealing performance.
  • Operating Temperature: Designed for use in normal temperature environments up to 180°F (82°C), making it suitable for standard oilfield conditions.
  • Pressure Rating: Supports working pressures up to 3000 psi, with optional configurations available for 5000 psi.
  • Body Connections:
    • Bottom Connection: Studded or flanged connections according to API 6A standards.
    • Top Connection: Studded connection according to API 6A standards.
    • Threaded connections on request
  • Horizontal Outlets: Typically line-pipe threaded connections, ensuring compatibility with standard piping.

Sizes and Pressure Ratings:

  • Top Flange: 3 1/8” with box thread (3”LP)
  • Bottom Flange: 3 1/8”, 4 1/16”, or 7 1/16”
